Our villas...

There are three villas on the same plot. RESIDENCE 1 is situated in the middle of the plot and has an apartment on the ground floor. RESIDENCE 2 and RESIDENCE 3 are in the villa that is on the upper side of the plot. RESIDENCE 2 is an apartment on the ground floor of this villa and RESIDENCE 3 is a maisonette on the first and the second floor.

All residences are fully equipped with furniture, satellite LED TV, free Wi-Fi, kitchen equipment, fireplace, heating, code key entrance, alarm, safety box and parking. Residences 1 and 2 have their own garden. All bedrooms have closets and air conditioning.

Our villas are next to the 5-star hotel and spa “Aegean Melathron”, between Kallithea and Kriopigi, 75 km from the Thessaloniki Airport (SKG). Mini-markets, ATMs, restaurants, greek taverns, tourist shops, and nightclubs are located within a 200-meter walking distance. The wonderful beach of Kallithea is only 70 meters away, with white sand, blue clear water, with sunbeds and umbrellas.
